Belarus will become one of the first foreign countries to buy Russian missile systems of new generation Triumph S-400. "Certainly, Belarus will be one of the first countries to receive the Triumph S-400, if it wishes so," said the deputy director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSVTS Russia),Konstantin Biryulin, on June 29.
He noted that Russia had established a moratorium on Triumph sale abroad. This was done, according to Konstantin Biryulin, "due to the need to ensure the needs of our own army in this system," reports "Interfax."
"With regard to Triumph S-400 export, we expect it to begin around 2013, when we reach the normal output of the system," he explained.
