President of Vietnam Comes to Belarus for Five Days

In the evening of May 12, the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Nguyen Minh Triet, arrived in the capital of Belarus with a five-day official visit. On Thursday, May 13, Vietnamese leader plans to meet with his Belarusian counterpart, Alexander Lukashenko, the press service of the head of Belarusian State informs.

«The presidents will hold the talks, firstly in the narrow and then extended format, where it is expected to discuss the whole range of Belarusian-Vietnamese relations. As a result of the meeting there will be signed several bilateral documents», told in the press service of Belarusian leader.

Moreover, the stay program of the president of Vietnam in Belarus provides for a meeting with Belarusian Prime Minister, Sergei Sidorsky, and the business community’s representatives of Vietnam and Belarus, who will take part in Belarusian-Vietnamese business forum in Minsk, BelTA informs.

Nguyen Minh Triet plans to visit the museum of the Great Patriotic War, «Minsk-Arena» cultural and sports complex, Khatyn memorial complex and Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve, the Vietnamese leader’s visit to Belarus comes to an end on May 16.
