Concrete information on the distribution of Nasha Niva newspaper through trade points of Belsouzpechat and printed media receipt in enterprise's kiosks is commercial classified information. It was reported on July 20 by the director of Belsouzpechat, Igor Dudich, in official respond to Belarusian Association of Journalists.
Besides the letter of Belsouzpechat, on July 13, BAJ sent official requests to Brestoblsouzpechat, Vitebskoblsouzpechat, Gomeloblsouzpechat, Grodnooblsouzpechat, Mogilevsouzpechat, Minoblsouzpechat and asked to explain the reason for Nasha Niva issue № 25 had not been received in kiosks. There have not been any replies from the leadership of these enterprises yet, reported in BAJ.
In his letter, the director of Belsouzpechat also reported that the editorial office of the newspaper — Sootechestvenniki (Compatriots) unitary enterprise — was informed directly on the sell of Nasha Niva on July 7, 2010.
As Telegraf previously reported, on July 19, the editorial board of Nasha Niva newspaper received an official response to the request, stating that «the edition was directed to be sold at company’s trade facilities in time, on July 7, 2010».
