Poland has reiterated its interest in the completion of Odesa-Brody pipeline to Plock and in the future — to Gdansk. This was stated by the head of the Polish government Donald Tusk at a joint press conference with Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov on April 13. "Poland has confirmed its interest in developing this project," he said.
«For us, this project is an important element in diversification of energy supplies. So, if we are talking about a political solution, nothing has changed in the position of Poland,» said Donald Tusk.
According to him, the Government of Poland and Ukraine will consider a number of issues to be addressed for completion of the pipeline. Polish Prime Minister also said that the question of completion of Odessa-Brody pipeline to Gdansk was discussed during his meeting with President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovich, said in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
