Ukraine to Resume Electricity Supplies to Belarus July 1, Semashko

First Vice-Premier of Belarus has recently held talks with his Ukrainian counterpart, promising to pay for electricity by July 15. However, according to Vladimir Semashko, Belarus will be able to pay off sooner, BelTA informs.

According to Telegraf, in May Belenergo faced with an acute shortage of foreign currency to pay for electricity imports from Russia and Ukraine. State-owned company Ukrinterenergo halted electricity export due to Belarus' $35 million debt.
