IV Международного художественного пленера в побернардинском монастыре в Друе, кульминацией которого стало торжественное закрытие форума живописи во время Святой мессы, продолжившееся вернисажем, стал важным событием не только в жизни хозяина пленера – настоятеля католического прихода Пресвятой Троицы кс. Сергея Суриновича, но и местных католиков, некоторые из которых приобрели и даже заказали творцам из столицы пейзажи родного местечка.
Гостем и одним из первых зрителей работ пленера стал епископ Витебский Олег Буткевич, который сначала высоко оценил талант звезд отечественной живописи, а затем обратился к ним в проповеди с рассуждениями о сути искусства, природе художественного начала в человеке, тождестве творчества и веры.
«Сначала было Слово. Сначала была идея. Сначала была мысль. Стремясь стать участником духовного, пропустить через свой внутренний мир абстрактные материи и таким образом их объять, человек взялся изображать окружающий материальный мир, находя в нем доступность Создания», — подчеркнул епископ Витебский, слова которого во время ежегодных встреч неизменно находят глубокий отклик в художниках: как практикующих верующих, так и тех, кто нечасто попадает в атмосферу литургического действа.
Со словами благодарности за благословление на дальнейшую творчество к главе Витебской епархии обратилась художник и архитектор Вероника Скработун, которая вручила ему цветы, а художница Ольга Куваева, вдохновитель и соорганизатор Друйских пленеров, – созданный ею портрет епископа.
Последний день Согласно условиям проведения пленеров, каждый из художников после вернисажа оставляет одну работу хозяину, который сам ее и отбирает. Каждое полотно, оставшееся в Друе, – подлинный шедевр, имеющий и художественное, и материальное измерение. «Я оставляю в Друе лучшее, – рассказывает кс. Сергей Суринович. – Иногда трудно выбрать что-то одно, например, в этом году не без колебаний выбирал великолепный пейзаж мощного мастера Александра Доманово. С одной стороны, интересно было бы иметь в коллекции изображение здешнего еврейского кладбища, так как никто из художников пока не брался за этот сюжет, с другой стороны, – остановил выбор на работе, в которой мастер наиболее узнаваем, по которой без подписи прочитывается его стиль».
В этом году в Друе работали 16 мастеров, имена которых хорошо известны любителям живописи: Татьяна Кондратенко, Екатерина Сумарева, Александр Доманов, Владислав Петручык, Екатерина Говен, Анастасия Рыбаков. Все они пишут маслом, – условие работы в единой технике кс. Сергей Суринович и Ольга Куваева выделили как концепцию IV художественного пленера, традиционно ставшего международным: к белорусским художникам присоединились мастера живописи из России и Китая.
Уже сегодня художники и хозяин монастыря обсуждают сроки и концепцию пленера следующего года. Часть художников намерена обязательно посетить Друю спустя некоторое время, когда природа изменит облик местечка.
Еще одна жемчужина пленера – участие фотохудожника из Нидерландов Ламбертуса Корнелиса Антониуса из Нидерландов, работающего с классической фотопленкой. По возвращении на родину корифей фото планирует выдать фотоальбом о пленере.
