74.7% of People Voted for Lukashenko, Exit-Poll

According to the analytical center EcooM, conducting exit-poll at presidential elections in Belarus, 74.7% of people had already voted for the incumbent president Alexander Lukashenko by 12:00 on December 19. He was followed by Andrei Sannikov with 4.7% of the voters, and Vladimir Niakliaeu (4.3%). 5.7% of the voters were against all the candidates.

The head of the analytical center EcooM Sergei Musiyenko informed about the poll’s results, Russian news service reports.

As Telegraf previously reported, according to the Electoral Code of Belarus, a candidate must get more than half the votes to win the elections. The elections will be declared legitimate if they are attended by more than 50% of voters.

According to the CEC, 65.2% of voters have already visited the polling stations by 14:00, that is, in fact, the elections in Belarus have already taken place.

Alexander Lukashenko is followed by Andrei Sannikov with 4.7% of the voters, and Vladimir Niakliaeu (4.3%). 5.7% of the voters were against all the candidates.
