All Sectors of Belarusian Economy Open to Investment, Lukashenko

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko welcomed the participants of the Belarusian Investment Forum, opened in Frankfurt / Main (Germany) on November 17, by saying that all sectors of the Belarusian economy are open to investment. The highest priority areas, as the head of state believes, are the energy, transport, tourism sector, the high-tech manufacturing, as well as industry and agriculture.

«I am truly glad that we’ve managed to attract such an authoritative business audience to this event. We consider your participation in this forum as an evidence of the growing interest of foreign business in the Republic of Belarus, which we fully support,» Alexander Lukashenko said.

Alexander Lukashenko called the country’s geographical position, a stable economic situation, the highest human potential, as well as economic growth and a dynamic investment climate among the beneficial characteristics of Belarus .

«The law of our state guarantees investment protection, free disposal of the profit and favorable conditions for investors. I am confident that the forum will be the starting point for a number of major projects, beneficial to investors and directed to the development of the Belarusian economy, improvement of the welfare of Belarusian citizens,» the Belarusian leader said in his Addressing.
