Economy Minister believes that this approach will require changes of motivational mechanisms in Belarus, an adequate system of remuneration for professional work. Today, the integrating position in forthcoming work on the modernization of Belarusian economy is the goal to enter the thirty of countries with the best conditions for doing business. According to Nikolai Snopkov, Belarus is moving quite actively in this ranking of the World Bank.

The most serious problem, which the country faces in this direction, as the minister said, is a radical improvement of the taxation system. «The Ministry of Economy analyzes current situation in the tax policy», Nikolai Snopkov said.

Minister noted that today the time dictates the need to move to «organic modernization», where the main driving forces are human, initiative, entrepreneurship.
