As it became known to Telegraf, gross average wages of workers of the Republic of Belarus amounted to Br1.428.337 in November 2010 (October 2010 — Br1.328.196), and office workers — Br1.451.007 (October 2010 — Br1.347.931).
Real wages (adjusted for the increase in consumer prices for goods and services) increased by 13.2% in January-November 2010 compared with January-November 2009, as well as by 6.5% in November 2010 compared with October 2010, the National Statistics Committee noted.
Average wage at the industrial enterprises was Br1.54 million in November 2010, at building organizations — Br1.84 million, in organizations of transport — Br1.59 million, agriculture — Br944.2 million, trade and public catering — Br1.17 million, health care — Br1.25 million (including doctors — Br2.16 million, nurses — Br1.19 million) in educational institutions — Br1.19 million (in including teachers — Br1.41 million, the faculty — Br2.2 million), the Statistical Office informed.
