LST Sert agency, accredited under the National Bureau of Lithuania and authorized by the European Union to conduct an audit and issue a certificate of compliance with European standards of quality and safety, recognized ice cream, dried milk products, butter, whole milk products, hard and semi-hard cheeses produced by "Babushkina Krynka" as correspondent to the EU standards.
The certificate of LST EN ISO 9001:2008 and food safety LST EN ISO 22000:2005 was handed to the company’s director by the head of a public institution LST Sert, Stasis Brentsius.
In order to start working on the EU markets, Belarusian processor must pass the second stage — getting of veterinary permission.
The largest producer of dairy products «Babushkina Krynka» consists of Mogilev Dairy Factory, Krugloye Butter Plant OJSC, Krasnopolye Whole Milk Substitute Plant OJSC, Kirovsk Butter Plant OJSC, Belynichi Cheese Factory OJSC, Dribin Butter Plant OJSC. Krichev Butter Plant OJSC and Kostyukovichi Dairy Factory OJSC.
«Babushkina Krynka» is the second company in Belarus, which received such a certificate for dairy products. The first company of our country with such a document is Verkhnedvinsk Creamery. European experts are also working on Savushkin product and Bereza Cheese Making Plant.
