Belarus accepts the terms of Russia to lift duties on crude oil, on condition of returning her petroleum products duties. This was stated by the Economy Minister Nikolai Snopkov in Minsk on Thursday, October 21. "How can't we agree, if the basis of this theme is equal conditions," the head of the Ministry of Economy said.

According to the minister of economy, the point is in «equal terms of oil inputs and petroleum products output for the Belarusian and Russian oil refineries.»
