This was stated by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko at a meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro Moros on November 8. "I ask you to convey the kindest words to my friend Hugo Chavez. Tell him that we intend to implement all agreements, reached during our last meeting," the Belarusian leader said.
According to Alexander Lukashenko, the Belarusian side is ready to discuss all issues, related to the formulation of new proposals on bilateral cooperation and to listen to all proposals of the Venezuelan side, BelTA informs.
«I know you have orders from the president of Venezuela to discuss several issues in Belarus. I am also ready to discuss suggestions, proposals of the president of Venezuela, to discuss problems,» President of Belarus said.
Alexander Lukashenko is convinced that after a recent visit to Belarus of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, the current visit of the Venezuelan delegation is «a good visit after such large-scale meetings.» «I think it will bring positive results,» the Belarusian leader said.

According to Telegraf, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez made a visit in Minsk on October 15-18, 2010, during which several bilateral documents were signed, including a contract for the supply of oil in 2011-2013.
