Full-grown Functioning of the  Common Free Market Zone (CFMZ) within the Customs Union is quite real if Belarus loses considerable part of its sovereignty. Such opinion was stated by Stanislav Bogdankevich, ex-chairman of National Bank of Belarus. "We will finally lose the currency and other attributes of independent economy", the Doctor of Economics considers.

«Russia, being the basic participant of the Customs union, will also define all the rules and the market laws within the Common Free Market Zone. It has already now shown how to do that», Stanislav Bogdankevich said, «Yezhednevnik» informs.

«Russia is too difficult for understanding. Its authorities firstly signed the agreement on creation of the Customs Union, and then backdating they abuse Alexander Lukashenko since he opposes the oil duties. Though the Belarusian President is absolutely right, because such exceptions shouldn’t be within the Common Free Market Zone», the expert said.

Stanislav Bogdankevich amplified that all depended on Russia at that time. «If it refuses the export duties on energy resources, the CFMZ will be able to start functioning next year. Everything is possible», the expert said.
