After carried monitoring Ministry of Trade allocated 43 grounds in different cities of Belarus to be used for the construction of shopping centers and other trade infrastructure facilities. It was reported in Trade Ministry of Belarus.
The majority of grounds are assigned in Gomel region — 21. Six of them are situated in Svetlogorsk. At the same time, indispensable condition for the construction of shopping centers here is to preserve vegetation, because selected grounds are located in forest areas.
For the construction of commercial facilities in Mogilev region there allocated eight lands, six in Minsk region, four in Brest region, two in Grodno region and one in Vitebsk region.
Under the Decree of the President of Belarus on the creation of additional conditions for investment activity in the country there were also assigned a ground of four hectares in Minsk. It is planned that new shopping center to be built in the area of Nezavisimosti avenue in the neighborhood of Uruchje.
