From neighboring countries Poland is located at 16th place with an index of 145, followed by Lithuania — 19th (140), Latvia — 20th (139), Russia — 49th (83 ), and Ukraine — 65th (64).

The United Kingdom ranks first, which citizens can visit 166 countries without a visa. Denmark (164) is in 2nd place, Sweden (163) is 3rd, Finland and Luxembourg (both with an index of 162) are in 4th place. United States lost three places compared to the previous years and appeared on 7th line with the index of 159. Top positions are also occupied by France, Italy, Germany and the Netherlands (161), Belgium, Japan and Spain (160), Ireland and Norway (159), Austria and Portugal (158), Australia, Canada and New Zealand (157 ) and Switzerland (156).

Sudan (30), Iraq (27) and Afghanistan (26) are on the bottom.
