March 28, at 02:00 a.m., the whole territory of Belarus will make one hour forward clock's transfer. It was reported by the State Standard service. In accordance with time calculation order — defined by government decree number 317, on May 13, 1996 — on March 28, the territory of Belarus will switch to summer time.

As Telegraf previously reported, the first time, one hour forward clock’s transfer in summer and one hour back shift in winter happened in Britain in 1908 to save energy resources. After that, about 110 countries around the world gradually joined this initiative.

Doctors believe that time failure negatively affects the health of the most of the population. Time transfer can cause the exacerbation of People’s chronic diseases- ulcers, hypertension — and neurological diseases. Children and the elderly are especially exposed to time jumps.

Experts believe that adaptation to new time regime takes approximately two weeks, doctors advise not to overwork, to take vitamins, increase the volume of fruits and vegetables with vitamin C, try to minimize the mental and physical stress.
