Belarus to Deliver Venezuelan Oil via Estonia

Some part of Venezuelan oil supplies for Belarus in July will be carried out through a port in Estonia. It caused by the fact that the port of Odessa is unable to cope with the volumes of hydrocarbon resources, coming from South American country. Trade Sea Port of Odessa is able to receive four tankers a month as maximum.

In July, it is expected to arrive three more tankers with Venezuelan oil of Santa Barbara sort, totaling about 240 thousand tons, Komsomolskaya Pravda v Belorussii informs.

In Belarusian Oil Company informed that some tankers with 80 tons of oil on board would arrive in one of Estonian ports in July, the exact name of the port has not been specified yet. Oil to be transshipped in onshore tanks, and then it will be delivered to Belarus by rail, to the processing plants in Mozyr and Novopolotsk.

Earlier, the Belarusian side agreed with the Ukrainian leadership that for 12 months of this year through the sea port of Odessa there would be delivered about four million tones of Venezuelan oil for processing at Mozyr oil refinery.
