Belarus will contribute 15 million yuan ($2.2) in joint venture to assemble Belarus tractors established in China. On May 2010, the opening of the assembly plant for Belarusian tractors in China was negotiated by Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus, Andrei Kobyakov, and chief auditor of Control and Audit Office of China, Sun Baohou.

The parties intend to solve all issues quickly and begin production of Belarus tractors already in 2010, Ezhednevnik informs.

According to Sun Baohou, Belarusian MTZ company is even ahead of China in terms of manufacturability and introduction of advanced technologies, so the Celestial Empire decided that it had something to learn from Belarus.

Earlier, in 2009, in China there was established an assembly production of Belarusian BelAZ and Gomselmash machinery. The next step is the introduction of Belarusian progressive experience for the construction of agro-towns in China.
