From July 7, 2010, Belarusbank reduces interest rates on newly issued loans in Belarusian rubles for individuals. It makes loans more accessible for Belarusian citizens, stated in the bank.
By two percent points there lowered interest rates on loans for construction (reconstruction) and purchase of housing for citizens, who are not in need of better housing conditions (now it amounts to 21% per annum), as well as interest rate on loans for consumer purposes. Loans with a term up to one year will be issued now under 17%, up to three years — under 18%.
Moreover, there reduced by one point rates on consumer loans for citizens, residing and working in towns with populations up to 20 thousand people, as well as on credits «Health» («Zdorovje») and «Agrotourist». The rate on mentioned loans is equal to 17% per annum.
