By the decision number 1382 of September 27, 2010 Belarusian Government raises the first discharge tariff rate by nearly 30% from Br90 to Br118 thousand on November 1. Salary increase will affect employees of government organizations and other organizations receiving grants, which employees are equated on wages to workers of budget organizations.
According to the document, correction coefficients for the calculated by the Single Tariff Grid of Belarusian workers tariff rates (salary) of the organizations’ employees with 1-27 tariff bits, are set at 2,862-0,915, BelTA informs.
According to the decree, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security will introduce in the established order correction coefficients to the employees’ tariff rates (salary).
«National governments, local executive and administrative bodies, heads of government organizations and other organizations receiving grants, which employees are equated on wages to the budget organizations employees need to ensure wages recalculation in accordance with the established by this decision first discharge tariff rate and unified tariff rate coefficients taking into account the correction factors,» the document says.
