In October, Belarusian oil refineries will reach one hundred percent workload. It was stated on September 1 by the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko. According to the head of state, despite the difficult situation at the beginning of the year, there are no problems now. "In October, all plants to reach one hundred percent workload as it was in past years, and maintain these paces", Belarusian leader noted.
The president said that during his visit to Mozyr oil refinery, he got acquainted with all that was happening in this industry and «did not find any catastrophe». «No matter which the price of oil may be, we can refine secondary oil, black oil», Alexander Lukashenko said, BelTA informs.
Furthermore, the head of state also stressed that «Belarusian enterprises are upgraded, they are loaded and revenues from oil have not diminished this year, but quite contrary — has increased».
Moreover, as Telegraf already reported, at Mozyr oil refinery the head of state was assured that with the commissioning of new facilities in 2012 there was a possibility to reach the processing of 12 million tons a year. Furthermore, till 2015 the company plans to build several units for black oil distillation, allowing to get high-quality petrol. Raw materials for that are delivered from Kazakhstan. In accordance with the draft program for the development of Mozyr oil refinery, for 2011-2015 it is planned to increase the profoundness of oil refining up to 92% and thus ensure the quality of product, satisfying the requirements of the European Union.
