Belarusian Seventh Grader "Earned" for Computer Games by Thefts

Employees of the Kastrychnitski district interior department opened a criminal case over a series of burglaries by the pupil of the seventh form in one of Minsk schools. According to investigators, a teenager used to commit theft from the end of 2010 to April 2011. According to the schoolboy himself, he committed crimes to get some money for playing games in the computer club.

Law enforcement agencies have determined the facts of theft of a mobile phone, wallet, bicycle, as well as thefts out of the car and even apartment theft. The total loss, caused by the teen’s actions, has been estimated by experts at more than Br2 million. Part of the stolen property has already been returned to their rightful owners by the operatives.
