Captain of Polish Internal Security Agency (ISA) from Bialystok, Robert R. was enlisted by a member of the official Union of Poles in Belarus, Olga Solomenik. It is reported by Polish mass media, referring to the words of former ISA official, that "there are a lot of proofs that Belarusian KGB used the members of pro-governmental UPB to collect information in Poland".

According to ISA ex-officer, Belarusian side hands over some collected information to Russia, reports Polish «Gazeta Wyborcza».

«There’s a reason why nobody says about this case: ISA cares about good relations with Belarusian KGB», said former Polish Agency officer. -«Officially, we do not have good relations with Belarus, but the cooperation with the KGB — controlling everything in Belarus- is necessary for us to monitor border traffic, as required by the EU. Brussels’ priority is to fight against illegal immigrants and goods from the East», quotes «Gazeta Wyborcza» the words of anonymous AIS official.

Polish newspaper reports that Robert R’s Belarusian communication agent, Olga Solomenik, disappeared from Poland after the arrest of Polish agent. «She was taken to the UPB in 2000 by the then chairman of the organization, Tadeusz Kruczkowski, whose entry to Poland is prohibited now», reports Polish newspaper.

The edition notes that Polish officer — who’s being accused of collaborating with foreign intelligence and issuance of state secrets — is under investigation since 2008, and could get 15 years of prison. Moreover, as Polish edition says, Polish Internal Security Agency does not announce that officially.

As Telegraf previously reported, the trial on case of Bialystok Branch AIS officer, Robert R., began in December 2009. The trial is classified.

AIS officer is under an accusation of espionage, according to Art. 130 of the Criminal Code of Poland. Communication agent of the Polish spy, Olga Solomenik, — who owned firm in Bialystok — was put on the wanted list.
