In Belarus, it is planned to develop a code of conduct for telecom providers. It was reported to journalists by the Chairman of the Board the of Belinfocom association, the CEO of Professional Radio Systems, Andrei Nareyko.
In near future, Belinfocom association with the support of Economy Ministry intends to initiate the creation of such a code. «It will include not only economic but also ethical factors of telecom operators conduct in the market», the association chairman stressed.
According to Andrei Nareyko, the appearance of a code of operators conduct must favour the formation of environment in telecom services market. «It is important to understand that no one should be engaged in dumping», Andrei Nareyko believes.
