Since the beginning of this school year, tuition payment in Belarusian universities will increase by an average of 300-500 thousand rubles. In particular, Academy of Management under the President has already published approximate cost of education in 2010/2011 on its website. This amount has increased by 400 thousand rubles and today it amounts to 3.99 million rubles.
Tariffs on education have also changed in Belarusian State Economic University. Last year, the freshman of BSEU of paid specialties had to pay from 3.277 million to 3.379 million rubles, depending on the faculty. For current students, these amounts will increase: from 3.683 million to 3.7 million rubles, Narodnaya Volya informs.
One of the most prestigious universities in the country, where there are high competition and pass mark every year — Belarusian State Medical University — has also significantly increased tuition payment. It should be noted that Dental Faculty of BSMU was the most expensive among the faculties of all universities in Belarus last year.
At present, there is no information on the payment in Belarusian State University, Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, Minsk State Linguistic University and others.
