Skype users has faced with connection and communication problems in Belarus at about 14:10 on May 26. Website has become unavailable. A bit later Skype official site has posted information about the exact problems, arisen due to overloaded servers that failed to cope with the large number of logged users.
Similar program problems have occurred worldwide. No reboot or reinstall of the program would help. However, one could easily use beta-version of Skype 5.0, which is still running without interruption.
The company’s management apologizes to users and assures that the problem will soon be solved.
