CEC secretary Nikolai Lozovik said that he knew about the detention of representatives of some alternative candidates for presidency. According to the CEC, they are unlikely to have violated the electoral law, and had been detained on other occasions.
In particular, Nikolai Lozovik recalled the detention of Nikolai Pashkevich, representative of Vladimir Niakliaeu in the morning of December 19. At the same time, the CEC Secretary stated of being uninformed about the details of this case.
