Head of Mogilev Human Rights Centre (MHRC), Vladimir Kravchenko, said that according to independent observers' data, CEC has significantly overestimated the number of voter turnout at elections in Mogilev. "We're counting voters the whole day, from the beginning to the end — one and all, and as the results of calculations, not more than 25% of voters came to polling stations where there were observers from the MHRC", Vladimir Kravchenko said.

«For example, at the 24th polling station there were registered 2.923 people, 523 people voted — 18% of voters. An the 25th, with a total of 2.081 people, 422 took part in the voting, or 21%. At the 28th station, with total number of 2.631 voters, 425 people participated in voting, or 16%», the director of CPI said, European Radio for Belarus reports.
According to Vladimir Kravchenko, the commission recorded in the minutes that «400 or 300 signatures were collected at home, but it’s just not possible physically».

In his turn, the candidate of Mogilev City Council, Alexey Pavlovskiy, said that at one of the polling stations, where he ran, there voted 90%. However, according to the candidate, he does not believe in such numbers.

«The Commission wrote that 90% of voters voted. I interviewed 15 people in my district, and they all said they had not gone to the polls. And observers also told me that there were very little people», Alexey Pavlovskiy said.
