CIS Economic Court (EC) recommended Russia to cancel duties on oil products for Belarus till the issue is resolved (until January 19, 2011). This was reported in the CIS Economic Court.
CIS EC granted the request of the Ministry of Justice on giving recommendations to the parties to consider the release of oil or its particular category, delivered from the Russian Federation to the Republic of Belarus, from the imposition of export customs duties until the dispute on the merits in the ongoing conciliation, the CIS Economic Court.
Furthermore, according to Telegraf, the court complied with the Russian request on granting a delay to work out conciliation procedures within three months.
In addition, the EC did not grant the petition of Russia on the introduction of a new group of lawyers into the process.
