Council of Ministers Called off 13 Resolutions on Price Regulation

Decision № 455 of April 7, 2011 of the Council of Ministers of Belarus recognized 13 resolution regarding the regulation of prices for agricultural products as expired. The decision was taken in accordance with Decree № 72 of February 25, 2011 "On some issues of regulation of prices (tariffs) in the Republic of Belarus," said the Belarusian government.

The Government abolished a number of regulations with regard to the procurement of prices for livestock products and crop, sold for state needs, BelTA informs.

The new resolution obliged the Ministry of Agriculture and Food in consultation with the Ministry of Economy to regulate the prices of agricultural products, purchased for state needs. Earlier the Council of Ministers was responsible for this in accordance with the decree № 285 of May 19, 1999.
