Death Toll from Terror Act in Minsk Increased

The Ministry of Health of Belarus has informed that the death toll from an explosion in Minsk subway increased to 13 people — a patient, taken to hospital after the attack, died from his injuries. There’s no detailed information on the 13th dead  person. Telegraf reporter has failed to get on to the hotline of the Ministry of Health and the Minsk city hall.
