Union State of Belarus and Russia needs to establish effective regulatory framework for the management of the Federal property. This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union Sergei Maskevich. The appropriate operating controls are planned to be created to resolve any disagreements arising on the property.
«The Union State needs the created objects record keeping. It’s important to approach equally the question of US property, to define what specific objects belong to the Union State,» the official stressed, BelTA informs.
In turn, Deputy Executive Secretary of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union State Vladimir Nikitin noted that the establishment of government controls over the Federal property is already under way, but the parties have some disagreements on this issue.
In his opinion, the Federal Property objects evaluation in Russian and Belarusian rubles will help to overcome these disagreements.
Sergei Maskevich also said that the Union State budget for 2011 had already been approved and agreed upon.
