Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin believes that the disputes in relations with Belarus are inevitable. "I am convinced that the problems, disputes, misunderstandings are as inevitable as in any family. But the aspirations of our brotherly peoples are more important," the head of the Russian government said at a meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Union State in Moscow on October 15.

According to Vladimir Putin, there are still a lot of reserves for building up Belarusian-Russian cooperation: the existing potential should be used in cooperation and high-tech projects should be supported as well, BelTA informs.

Russian Prime Minister stressed the need to quickly finalize the budget of the Union State for 2011 in order to ensure constant funding of joint programs.
