The first deputy director of the Information Analytical Center at the Presidential Administration of Belarus Aleksei Gusev believes that the exit-poll, conducted by the Russian company INSIDE at the presidential election in Belarus, is just a diploma work of a member of this organization. He stated this at a press conference in Moscow.

«It was found out in the course of investigation that this organization was headed by a Mr Ponomarev. When got in touch, we received information that the results of exit-polls, made public, are just a diploma work of one of their employees,» IA REX quoted Aleksei Gusev.

According to the «Agency of effective communication INSIDE,» 38.1% of Belarusians voted for Lukashenko. That’s the result of exit polls, which means the second round of voting should be held.

Work of the agencies at the Belarusian elections aroused suspicion on the part of the CEC officials.

«There are reports that some non-licensed organizations, not seen at the polling stations on Election Day, are preparing to publish results of their exit polls. It’s alarming that some independent Russian organization Inside, is allegedly intending to make public some information on the voters’ poll,» the CEC secretary Nikolai Lozovik said during the voting on December 19.

Press-service of the alternative presidential candidates repeatedly referred to the INSIDE data.

As Telegraf previously reported, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Belarus Lidia Yermoshina announced on December 20 the preliminary results of voting at the presidential elections.
