First Batch of Venezuelan Oil to Arrive on July 31, Naftan

It is planned that the first train with Venezuelan oil will arrive at Naftan in the evening of July 31. It was reported by the deputy director general of the company, Nikolai Kolbasenko. At present, at the plant there being carried out preparatory works for the discharge of oil into special containers.

The first batch of oil will be delivered to the plant in phases during several days, Nikolai Kolbasenko explained. He also said that in the next few months, the plant should receive another batch of oil from Venezuela, which will be delivered through Estonia, BelTA informs.

As Telegraf previously reported, the sixth and the seventh tankers with oil for Belarus had already left Venezuela. It is expected that the sixth tanker arrives in the port of Odessa for its transportation through Ukraine on August 1. The seventh tanker has to arrive on August 8 in Estonian port of Muuga for further oil transportation to Novopolotsk to Naftan.
