Five Million Job Positions Created in the Union State, Borodin

Over past years, within the Union State of Belarus and Russia thousands of enterprises have provided job and created about five million job positions under various programs. It was reported on August 12 by the Secretary of State of the Union State, Pavel Borodin, to the President of Belarus, Chairman of the Supreme State Council of the Union State, Alexander Lukashenko.

As reported in the press service of Belarusian leader, the problem of creating new job positions for the population is to be discussed at the next meeting of the SSC of the Union State. At present time, the two countries are working closely, including in such spheres as space technology, nanotechnology, supercomputers creation, noted in the press-service.

Moreover, during the meeting the Secretary of State and the Chairman of the SSC of the Union State discussed the implementation of industrial programs. The politicians touched upon the issues of diesel motor industry, farming machines production, agricultural sector development. According to the press service of Alexander Lukashenko, at the next Council of Ministers of the Union State it is planned to adopt the Concept of agricultural policy.
