Owners of vehicles, registered abroad, will have to pay only dollars, euros and Russian rubles for fuel at the Belarusian gas stations located on highways numbered "M" and "M / E", as well as in the border territory of Belarus. The corresponding decree № 799/13 was signed by head of National Bank Petr Prokopovich and Prime Minister Mikhail Miasnikovich on June 20.

State-owned Belneftekhim was instructed to take measures to implement this resolution. The resolution «On implementation of the motor fuel» shall enter into force after its official publication.

As Telegraf previously reported, Belorusneft, the largest operator of gas station network in Belarus, restricted fuel sales for trucks at its petrol stations on June 12. The marginal rate of one filling for trucks is now 200 liters, regardless of payment forms (cash, bank cards, currency, non-cash, fuel cards).
