Government Extended Privileges for Purchase of Belarusian Goods in Russia

The Government of Belarus approved the project of additional agreement №1 to the contract with Sberank of Russia on lax crediting conditions for purchase of the Belarusian goods in Russia. The given decision is a part of the governmental decision № 978, the representatives of the government said.

According to the decision, the Minister of Finance of Belarus Andrei Kharkovets, the Minister of Industry Alexander Radevich and the chairman of BPS-Bank board of directors Vasily Matyushevski are authorized to negotiate with the Sberbank of Russia under the project additional agreement with the possibility to introduce if necessary non essential amendments and additions in it, BelTA informs.

As Telegraf informed, last year the government of Belarus approved the contract draught with Sberank of Russia on crediting conditions for purchase of the Belarusian goods in Russia. Treaty provisions are provided by the decision № 1269 of Government of Belarus of September, 30th, 2009.

The Government enacted the document to implement the decree № 466 «Of some measures on implementation of the goods produced in Belarus». According to the decree Belarus compensates part of credit interests to the buyers of the Belarusian goods outside the country.
