According to the approved plan, Belarus will prepare 49 drafts in 2011, 11 of them are new ones. The corresponding decree № 10 was signed by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on January 6, 2011. As reported by the presidential administration, the new laws are the following: "On the constitutional proceedings," "On Commercial Secrets," "On Mediation," "On the communication by courier."
Alexander Lukashenko took a number of decisions, aimed at improving the issues of mandatory examination of legal acts and the National Register of legal acts. In this regard, the decree № 10 adjusts the time limits for the House of Representatives to consider a draft law «On Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus,» established by a preparation plan of bills for 2010 (from April to November 2011).
In addition, the decree provides for the concept of the draft law «On Associations of employers» to be prepared and submitted to the Head of State in 2011.
