Belarus is considering the establishment of holdings at the plants Atlant, MAZ, BelAZ, MMP, MTW, BATE, Amkodor. This issue was discussed during President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko's visit of Atlant on March 3. According to the head of state, the establishment of holding companies must have a profound economic foundation and thorough financial and economic calculations.
Meanwhile, as it became known to Telegraf, foreign investors will also be able to participate in the creation of holding companies.
When visiting Atlant, Alexander Lukashenko was reported about the existing organizational and technological structure, the results of financial and business operations and prospects of the enterprise. He watched the manufacturing company’s territory (pressing-welding and machine assembly shop, the shop of plastic), visited the lab, testing washing machines, as well as laboratory research of washing machines, and learned about the technological processes of production of household appliances. The president visited Atlant exhibition at the end of the visit.
