Police suspect a student of Homel Polytechnic College in the dissemination of pornography involving juveniles and minors. A young man was prosecuted under Article 343-1 of the Criminal Code (dissemination of pornographic materials) on October 22, the police department of Homel voblast executive committee reported.
As it became known to Telegraf, the 19-year-old resident of Hrodna, by registering on the local computer network under the name of katalizator, was placing pornographic videos in a open access folder of his computer from September to December 2009. According to police, the young man intended to distribute pornographic material.
The experts found a video pornographic, which involved minors and juveniles. The case files were sent to the Interior Ministry. Preventive measure against a suspect hasn’t been decided yet.
