Icicles Falling on People from Roofs in Belarus, MES

Snow-and-ice crust mass fell down on a passing by woman from the roof of a five-story building at Kazlou street in Minsk. She was shortly taken to hospital with the diagnosis of mild cranio-cerebral trauma. After inspection she was let to go home. This was stated by the press-secretary of Minsk City Emergency Management Vitali Dembovski.

Dozens of people were injured in Minsk from falling icicles last winter, and a pensioner was killed with a block of ice at Dauhabrodskaya street.
