The plenipotentiary ambassador of Italy in Belarus Giulio Prigioni declared at a presentation of the Belarusian-Sardinian project "Sardinia Global", that Italy would expand inter-regional interaction with Belarus. Cooperation of Sardinia and Belarus is the good sample of how the Belarusian-Italian relations should develop, the ambassador thinks.
«Other regions of Italy should follow the example and also come into new contacts with the Belarusian partners. Italy will work over expansion of interaction with Belarus which is based on friendship and mutual understanding», Giulio Prigioni emphasized at the meeting with delegation from Sardinia.
The representatives of the ministries and departments of Belarus, of the Italian embassy in Belarus and the members of Sardinian delegation took part at the meeting, BelTA informs.
The First Deputy Minister of Education of Belarus Alexander Zhuk said that the Belarusian-Italian relations have the big prospects of development, in the educational sphere as well. The Deputy Minister thanked the Italian party for the big help in health improvement of Belarusian children.
