Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, who did not register from June 1 to 30 their online shops in Trade Register of Belarus, has no right to trade through them, informed in Belarus' Ministry of Trade. However, entrepreneurs, who want to register online shop after July 1, are able to do it at any time within one working day, stressed in the Ministry of Trade.
«From July 1, 2010, in the Republic, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs may realize online commerce only through online stores, registered in Trade Register», informed in the ministry.
Therefore, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, engaged in Internet commerce and not applied for registration of their online stores in Trade Register from June 1 to 30, 2010, are not entitled to conduct mentioned kind of business till the registration of Internet shop in Trade Register, emphasized in the Ministry of Trade.
«When terminating retail sales through online shop, legal entity or individual entrepreneur must send relevant notification to the registering institution by registered letter with a notice of its receipt and (or) in the form of electronic document within ten working days after the change of such data», underlined in Trade Ministry.
Thus, when terminating retail sales through online shop, legal person, individual entrepreneur must notify the registering institution within prescribed time and make the corresponding change in the special (permit) license for retail trade, reported in the ministry.
