$1 billions, which Belarus, according to head of President's Administration Vladimir Makei, can obtain "from other source," will be provided by Russian billionaire, Uralkali owner, Suleiman Kerimov. Belarus will receive these funds on account of future deliveries of raw materials.

This amount, according to the oligarch, covers about half the annual production of Belaruskali, while agreement on funds allocation was reached on June 8, reported a source of «Prime» agency, close to negotiations.

«The issue of selling Belaruskali shares to Uralkali was on the table. Along with this arrangement, there is a preliminary agreement to take $1 billion from Uralkali for future supplies of potassium at a fixed price,» the source said.
