"Laskovij May" Founder's Hummer Stolen Near Polotsk

Polotsk district, Vitebsk region, unknown stole Hummer car. Resident of the Polotsk -who drove an expensive SUV by agreement — applied to the police. According to preliminary reports, the victim drove an expensive jeep by agreement, but it belongs to the founder of the USSR's first boy band "Laskovij May".  

March 10, on the fact was initiated a criminal case according to the fourth part of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus «Theft of large scale”. In the nearest future the search of the car — colored in gold metallic, released in 2005 — may be begun by Belarusian militiamen’ colleagues from the bordering districts of Russia. According to one of the versions, the car theft could be committed by Russia’s pro, informs «People’s news of Vitebsk” Internet resource.

There are eight Hummer cars, registered at the Vitebsk region’s traffic police. According to the Department of Information and Public Relations of Internal Affairs of the Vitebsk region, from the beginning of 2010, 34 cars were stolen in the region, 31 were found. It’s the first time when Hummer appeared in the list.
