In the Operative Analysis Centre under the President of Belarus explained some rules of the decree № 60 "On measures to improve the use of national segment of the Internet". The use of the Internet resources' domain names outside BY domain zone by Belarusian legal entities "does not contradict the decree requirements", said the deputy chief of the Centre, S.N. Kapariha.
«The requirements of paragraph 2 of the decree applies to legal entities, their branches and representative offices established in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus, located in the Republic of Belarus, as well as individual entrepreneurs registered in Belarus, only when providing services, selling goods, performing works on the territory of the Republic of Belarus with the use of information networks, systems and resources connected to the Internet.
