Andrey Gayev, the deputy chairman of the State Property Committee of Belarus, informed on June, 7th that according to the bill "Of alteration into the Land Code of the Republic", passed on May, 6th, 2010, legal persons may get the right to receive in temporary use the ground areas for mining operations.
«It’s the first time, the laws on protection of land usage allow to let on lease the ground areas which are in private property «, Andrey Gayev mentioned, BelTA informs.
The experts predict that this novelty should favor the increase in turnover of the ground areas and the objects of the real estate located on them. The novelty should also solve some questions in civil and other sectors.
The law will come into force on August, 21st this year.
