On the territory of Agrokombinat Dzerzhinsky near Rubilki village, Dzerzhinsk district, there will be built large transport and logistics center. According to the Ministry of Transport and Communications, to implement this project it is planned to allot about 100 million dollars.
Under the program of Belarus’ logistics system development till 2015, on the territory of Minsk region there were allocated 13 grounds for the construction of transport and logistics facilities. One of such centers will appear on the territory of Agrokombinat Dzerzhinsky in near Rubilki village. The customer of the project is Logopark Svisloch, BelTA informs.
The ground of 45 hectares, where it is planned to carry out the project, is situated in close proximity to M1/E30 highway. Expected time of construction — the years of 2010-2018.
To the date, there realized preparatory work: the Ministry of Economy issued permission to use natural gas in boiler room, there preparing requirements specification for design and exploratory work, there is a calculation of starting price for bidding.
